Wyoming is the United State's leading coal exporter, producing nearly 400 million tons each year. Other energy and mining interests like oil, natural gas and uranium are also major contributors to the state economy—more than 10 percent of employment in the state is in agriculture and mining. Major agriculture products include livestock, wool, hay, beets, and grain. Tourism is the other major engine in Wyoming's economy, with more than 6 million people visiting its national parks each year.
